The International University Week (IUW) has been held in Jena from April 20 – 24, 2015. Beside an interesting academic program the IUW Jena 2015 has included several social-cultural and group activities, field visits and excursions, a welcome reception and a welcome party on Monday evening and a farewell party on Thursday evening. Most important is the friend-to-friends exchange philosophy (reports, evaluation, program and abstracts see below).

Evaluation and Feedback: During the IUW Jena 2015 altogether 110 participants – 41 international and 45 students of Jena, 12 international as well as 12 lecturers of Jena – have taken part in an interesting program including several social‐cultural and group activities, field visits and excursions. The evaluation has shown that nearly everybody was very pleased with the organization, the academic content as well as the social cultural program.
